How the IT Project Risk Assessment Works
The Risk Assessment asks you a series of questions about your IT or software project.
These questions are based upon a variety of critical success factors for your project.
The results of this test are scored and compared to a database of existing known
projects and their eventual outcomes.
The Assessment will generate and report its results based upon an analysis
of the critical success factors for the project. It will also analyize
the key risks and strengths of the project and compare those to similar
past projects. All analysis and reporting is intended to provide you with
the most statistically accurate measurement of your project and likely
outcome.
For best results we recommend you answer all questions as honestly and objectively
